The Erasmus+ Training for Sustainable Food Systems Development (T4F) project partners developed a toolkit for (future) professionals in the food sector. The toolkit is made of a Training manual and a toolbox.
The training manual covers 4 main areas: the ecological, the nutritional, the social and the economic one and aims to introduce notions of sustainability and green skills in the food sectors from cooking to the hotel management. Each of the 8 learning unit of the manual mixes theory and practice. The modules are linked but can be delivered in an individual way depending on needs and interests.
The toolbox is a tutorial that explains how to use the training. This is made of a methodological and an assessment guide.
